A friend reached out to see if she could borrow a clutch for a wedding she's in this weekend.

Her text made me so happy.

I wish that borrowing items was a practice used more frequently in adult society.

I mean its totally a thing in college. And as siblings. So why can't it be more as adults too?

Today I was cleaning out our storage spot for the kids clothes, and after the dust from the clothes explosion had settled, I was able to carve out a better space for the kids stuff and put a lot in the pass on pile. As I worked, I felt so grateful for the dear neighborhood friends who have passed on so much to us throughout the years.

It's a blessing I believe we need to nurture more of with the things we buy.

But that being said, it can be so hard to know what to keep, how to organize and what to pass on. Especially when storage is limited. Hello its me.
